ABOUT Tash

 

Prior to launching Wilder Integral Coaching, Tash Wilder, PhD led executive coaching at Paradigm, a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy firm, where they also facilitated leadership workshops and presented invited keynotes globally for clients including American Express, Burberry, IDEO, and Hulu. Tash is ICF certified and certified as an integral coach through New Ventures West, where they currently serve as a faculty member. A lifelong mindfulness practitioner, Tash is trained to teach Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Tash is a former adjunct professor of cognitive science at California College of the Arts and a leadership coach for the Teams@Haas MBA program. Tash is a writer and visual artist; both practices animate Wilder Integral Coaching. Tash holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Claremont Graduate University.
